Jess Lacey

Jess joined Disability:IN in October 2026 as Corporate Relations Senior Manager. Working with the Corporate Relations team, she focuses on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate partners through sponsorships, grants, partnerships, and employee engagement opportunities. She plays a critical role in expanding Disability:IN’s impact by building strategic partnerships that advance disability inclusion in business. She is excited to be a part of such a passionate organization and to work alongside a dedicated team to make that mission a reality worldwide.

Jess brings nearly eight years of professional experience across corporate partnerships, nonprofit sponsorships, digital marketing sales, and team training. Most recently, she managed a portfolio of more than 150 corporate member and sponsor accounts at WBENC. She is passionate about mission-driven work and building partnerships that create meaningful opportunities and positive change for diverse and historically underserved communities.

Jess graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She and her wife live in Indian Trail, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte, with their two pups.
