Reasonable Accommodations Committee

The Reasonable Accommodations Committee brings together professionals responsible for designing, managing, and improving workplace accommodations programs. The committee serves as a community of practice for organizations seeking to create more effective, consistent, and employee-centered accommodation experiences. Discussion topics include:

• Benchmarking accommodations program structure and practices
• Centralized and decentralized service models
• Workplace flexibility, assistive technology, and accessibility tools
• Accommodations for both apparent and non-apparent disabilities
• Manager support and training, vendor management
• Emerging technologies that support accommodation delivery

The committee provides members with opportunities to benchmark programs, learn from organizations with varying levels of maturity, share lessons learned from complex accommodation cases and program implementation challenges, and explore innovative approaches for creating seamless and inclusive accommodation experiences.
