Neurodiversity Roundtable

The Neurodiversity Roundtable brings together business leaders and practitioners committed to creating more neuroinclusive workplaces. Designed as a cross-functional community of practice, the roundtable provides a forum for participants to exchange ideas, discuss emerging insights, and explore strategies for supporting neurodivergent employees throughout the employee lifecycle. Discussions include topics such as:

• Neuroinclusive workplace culture
• Talent retention and manager capability
• Emerging research on neurodiversity and neuroinclusive strategy
• Evolving workplace and employee expectations* Innovations related to neuroinclusion at work

Through peer learning and cross-industry collaboration, the roundtable serves as a space for candid conversation, problem-solving, and the exchange of leading practices that advance neuroinclusion, innovation, and business success.

Members include: Neurodiversity and neuroinclusion program leaders, Learning and development leaders responsible for manager and workplace education, Employee experience and workplace culture leaders, Workplace accommodations professionals, Employee Resource Group (ERG/BRG) leaders focused on neurodiversity, Professionals responsible for developing, and scaling neuroinclusive workplace programs.
