ERG/BRG Leadership Committee

The ERG/BRG Leadership Committee convenes leaders of disability-focused Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Business Resource Groups (BRGs) who are working to create meaningful impact within their organizations. Members share ideas, exchange resources, and learn from peers navigating the opportunities and challenges of leading employee communities. Discussion topics include:

• Strategies for increasing member participation and engagement
• Executive sponsorship, strategic planning, and impact measurement
• Leadership development and succession planning
• Partnerships across business functions and aligning ERG priorities with organizational goals.

Members gain practical tools, fresh ideas, and proven approaches that can strengthen the effectiveness, visibility, and sustainability of their employee communities.

Members include: Disability-focused ERG and BRG leaders, ERG and BRG co-chairs, steering committee members, and board members, and emerging leaders preparing for ERG leadership roles
